The script does not work

I use the Google Chrome browser 49.0.2623.112 on a computer running Windows XP, and as the script manager Adguard 6.4. I disabled all Google Chrome extensions, and in Adguard I disabled all functions and extensions except this one. Is there any way to find out the cause of this problem?

The screenshot shows that this script is included in Adguard.
