Unfortunately, it is not possible to save in MP3 directly. Download the Opus audio format if you want the best quality. Find a player that can play it directly instead of transcoding to MP3.
AAC is fixed at 128 kbps and cuts off at 16 kHz. Opus goes up to 160 kbps and cuts off at 20 kHz. It makes a difference if the source is high quality music.
