Hello, I made new changes to fix that, the date should now be aware of your locale/timezone, please update and report back.
About the keybindings, I just tested on Edge 92 (Chromium) and it seems to work. Have you tried to change the keybind?
Also, please check if you're getting any error by doing the following:
1. Go to the source code on your script manager (on Tampermonkey by going to the Dashboard and clicking on the script)
2. Enable debugging messages by changing the topmost constant (LOGGING_ENABLED) to true and then save
3. On an Instagram page, open the developer options (F12 or Ctrl+Shift+I) and go to the Console tab on the top
4. Reload the page
5. Execute the steps to reproduce the error that you're describing
5. Attach a print screen or paste the messages that start by "[ISO]" here.

Keybinds don't work idk why, I'm on Microsoft Edge 92.0.902.67, maybe because I'm on a laptop?
also a way to change timestamp since it show GMT but I'm on a GMT-3 zone
and what is the 000Z in end of timestamp?
and I made a Suggestion in Github to allow change in timestamp to for example edit to user GMT zone and dd-mm-yyyy
