qb-WebUI 根据 IYUU 可辅种数打标签

从 qb-WebUI 获取种子的Hash然后通过 IYUU API查询种子的可辅种数，并打标签到qb。权当一个参考吧， 以后如果硬盘告急要酌情删种的时候也有个参考。

菜单栏点击「打可辅种数标签」使用，和之前的标记tracker异常脚本类似，支持all和list两种模式。

Reseed后面的数字就是查询到的可辅种数，大于7的合并了，-1是表示没查询到，可能是种子不在IYUU库中，或者不是IYUU支持的站点（自然种子也不在IYUU库中）或者网络不好连不上IYUU API，等等原因。

可能只对有IYUU支持站点比较多的人有用， 否则查询到的可辅种数对你也不准可能也意义不大。
