I run Windows and Firefox in English (i run all apps in English), but i still get your script in Swedish "Förbigå alla kortlänkar". Yes, it is no big deal, but it is still annoying to see :)
It should be install in the same language i run Firefox in and not what region settings I'm using.
You never translate a name and therefore apps and scripts should not be translated.
