I do agree, it is dumb to arbitrary limit the speed. I'll add a field to let people set their download speed so that the calculated delay matches with the current reality of the user's download speed.
Here it is available in the latest version (0.8.9).

Hello. First of all i wanted to thank you a lot for your work because the script so far works flawlessly and i love every bit of it.
The only thing that im lacking is an option to change the average wait time after a big download. Ive been averaging 3MB/s through the night/early morning and sometimes a 2gb mod was downloaded in about 10 minutes but the script had to wait 20 minutes which was pretty dumb and because of that i couldnt play the collection in the morning even tho i should be able to if there were no delays.
