Great script, but there are two URLs that need exclusion, or Amazon's checkout process breaks:
https://www.amazon.com/gp*
https://www.amazon.com/cart*

Neither of these wildcard URLs would need URL shortening, anyway. They're simply pages on the path to checking out.

Are you able to share what happens currently with those URLs not being excluded? I use the script and have never had issues with the cart or checking out. I tried just now with only the script and no other extensions and don't see any odd behavior. Not saying I can't exclude those URLs but I do want to understand what is going on. The script excludes https://www.amazon.com/gp/buy/* and that seems to be okay, but any more information/screenshots you can share, that would be great!

I looked into it further, and it was some sort of combination effect, even though the couple of userscripts were for different things.

Once I went through all the permutations, I found that it was your script, along with Amazon Sponsored Products Dimmer that was causing the Amazon dogs error page.

I disabled the Sponsored Products Dimmer one, which is less important to me. All's well. Thanks for your development work and being responsive to feedback. I also updated the rating here.

I took a look at that script and don't see why it would cause an issue. I installed it along with mine and was able to go through the checkout process just fine. However, it would probably be good practice to exclude the cart and checkout URLs from the script so you should see an update soon. Hopefully you'll be able to use both scripts together.

Really, this script should only apply to Amazon product page URLs. It breaks a number of Amazon links and features, including sponsored product listings under a given product page. It also breaks the order history page. Only URLs it should clean are gp/dp product URLs.

Could you provide some specific examples of things that are broken? I've yet to come across anything broken in my use case scenarios.

The links to review pages filtered by number of stars don't work - they all point to the same unfiltered review page. Selecting filters from the dropdowns from the unfiltered review page works fine.

The "Write a review" button goes to the generic review page, rather than the individual item's review submission form.

If I do a search in my order history, I can't navigate past the first page - the paged links at the bottom of the results list all point back to the main "Your Orders" page.

Suggested product links don't work, either, if they're part of the sponsored section (i.e. the part that's blocked by a lot of adblock extensions).

All of this stuff works fine if I disable this script and refresh the page.

I was able to navigate to the links of review pages filtered by number of stars and get to the Write a review of a specific product.

I was able to recreate the order history issue so I added some new URLs to exclude for account/order history.

I also added /sspa to the exclusion list, but that didn't seem to fix the issue with sponsored links. I'll need more time to look into it but as I use uBlock Origin sponsored links aren't a big concern to me.
