This script will disable the "scroll for details" feature on YouTube when watching fullscreen entirely.

No more scrolling in fullscreen, just as it's supposed to be.

Note:
Due to how scrolling works in the browser, it is impossible to fully block scrolling. If you find a way to scroll, just try not to use it.
