When I want to add the fifth, the first main information will be completely lost!

I just tested in here and had no problems. Maybe there's something specific in the data you provide that it's not liking?

problems still exist on my computer, I'm using Firefox 106, here are my steps

1.Original information

2.Main information

3.Add a new Czech additional info

4.Click Post new version button

5.Redirected to the original page, the main additional information disappeared
