Additional fixes for KimCartoon

Removes the adblocker warning, ads on the video, ad placeholders below the video and on the sidebar.

Add these to the cruft removal selectors:

div[id^=glx-],
div[id=videoAd],
div[class^=kcAds],
.adsbyvli,
.adbWarnContainer,
