Removes ads from Facebook's right-hand panel. Might be a little overly-aggressive; hasn't been tested too much yet. Should work in English and French. (Easy to add other languages if you know what they use for "Sponsored".) Likely to work until Facebook changes too much of the HTML element structure of how ads are displayed on the right-hand panel.
