It might be buggy... The quality seems to bounce between fuzzy lower quality and the stream's original feed HQ.
Currently watching LTT and it's pretty fuzzy but was clear 5 minutes ago.
Can confirm, I've been having issues for about 1-2 months now and it doesn't seem to work at all anymore.
Doesn't appear to work anymore. Twitch has done a lot of changes since April 2020 so this is expected.
