Adds: sidebar toggle bar (click on blue vertical separator bar), auto collapsing sticky floating table of contents at top left (hover mouse on it to expand), collapsible sections (click section title to toggle), section links (for getting URL to page sections), auto popup sticky table headers (when table height is longer than the screen), table manipulations (double click empty space of a table cell to show menu).

Excellent script!! …with a small bug?

Thank you so much for this script. I LOVE it!

I have recently had a problem when double-clicking inside an infobox (top of page) or a collapsable navbox (bottom of page). A double-click inside a table cell contained by one of these elements can cause the table menu to open and then freeze. The only way to close the menu is to refresh the page.

The console shows the following error:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'rows' of undefined at HTMLDocument.docClick

I try not to double-click inside these tables but it still accidently happens on occasion.
Is there a fix for this, or do I just need to be more careful?
