[SteamGifts] Additional giveaway search tools

Fixes header to the top of the page so it "moves with it" and adds a search input to it. In addition, adds a "more like this" button close to giveaway's image for searching by item (same as small icon close to the game's name, but more usable).

FEATURES

  • Anchors header to the top of the page so scrolling doesn't make it go away.
  • Adds a search input to the header to search giveaways by name.
  • Adds a search by game button next to each giveaway on the list view
  • Adds a search by game button to each giveaway on its detail view (inside the giveaway)
  • Fully compatible with Nandee's "Extended SteamGifts" userscript. In case the script above mentioned is enabled, it will be upgraded with the following features:
    • Enter all button on the giveaway list view (triggers every giveaway "Enter" button on screen as enough points are available)
