As usual seems interesting! For a newbie just curious, can you add more infos (What it can do) in your description ? I Found:

• Demo page of DataLife Engine
• DataLife Engine Forum( in Russian)

Added description, but I wouldn't call this script interesting. It's rather simple. And sorry, but I can't find any example where this could actually work and do something. I forgot to keep links in the commits description and can't find anything from scratch. Try to look for leech_out.php, though. That's one of the redirect pages used on such sites.
