Panda a Requester but only catch 1 of each unique HIT ID's

I have a few Requester that I panda hit's for since they put out multiple types of hit but I only want to catch one of each unique hit. Right now I catch 2-4 of the same hit when they put out their small batches and I would like to not have that happen since it stops others from getting it.
