Fix to hijack bc.vc redirection at the opening of the site. In the worst case it will happen once a year from now on.

Added a replacement function to restore the links leading to websites on the non-existent .svs TLD to the actual .sx domain. If you couldn't access the web streams (but AceStreams were working), this should solve the problem.

Fixed the format of the list of the channels.
Enabled the right-click on the page (using part of the code of https://greasyfork.org/it/scripts/23772-absolute-enable-right-click-copy/code)

Better handling of cases when the script can't retrieve the links: if this happens, an alert box will appear, notifying the user that the script couldn't get the links and that clicking on the buttons they will be redirected through an external link redirector that may contain viruses.

Updated as they reverted the way links are saved as they were before.

New method to get direct links.

- Now the adult video links in the top bar of the website are hidden by default. You can reenable them from the options menu of the script.
- Country codes in the links are replaced by their correspondant emoji flag.
