Hide Sponsored and Suggested posts in FB's News Feed, Groups Feed, Watch Videos Feed and Marketplace Feed
< Feedback em FB - Clean my feeds (5.02)
This can happen due to a couple of reasons (as far as I know):
1) This userscript is hiding all the posts because they met the criteria to be hidden.
2) Another adblock/content blocker is also running and is clashing with this userscript.
For #1, Open 'FB - Clean my feeds's dialog-box,
- Scroll down to 'Verbosity' section
- Change "Display a message if a post is hidden:" to "1 post hidden. Rule: ____"
- Enable 'Highlight "hidden" posts'
- Click "Save" button
- Reload the page.
The above will cause the script to add a message tab above each flagged post indicating why it was being flagged. Also, flagged posts will have a thick dotted orange border. You'll need to review the reason why each post is being flagged.
FYI, this happens to me from time to time. My list of words/phases in the "Text filter" is quite long. This, along with other options enabled, occasionally causes all the posts to be flagged/hidden - FB doesn't like this ... (I simply reload (CTRL+F5) the page a few times to overcome this)
For #2, I would need to know which addons/extensions you are using for blocking ads and content.
- Version 4.25+ of "FB - Clean my feeds" script has been modified to reduce the chances of clashing with uBlock Origin
- Not tested with other ad/content blockers - if you're using one that is not uBlock Origin, let me know and I'll see if I can do some testing.
#1 seems unlikely, as this just started happening yesterday (unless FB changed something on its end)
I am using UBO, as well as FB Purity https://www.fbpurity.com/
-maybe the latter being combined with the script is causing this, I always liked using both at the same time and never had any issues before
Thanks for the info.
There is a third reason for this issue - a destructive ad blocking rule that FB sometimes doesn't like.
Here's a hot-fix: https://github.com/zbluebugz/facebook-clean-my-feeds/blob/main/greasyfork-release/hot-fix-fb-error-something-went-wrong.md

Thank you for this, everything is working well again
when the script is active the feeds page will stop loading very early on and result in a "something went wrong" message. Everything works fine when the script is deactivated
