don't use reCAPTCHA Solver , wait until timer end , then solve the Captcha
But sir, the reCAPTCHA Solver is automatically checked,if using the script, and it is only then the 'countdown skipped'error is shown.

Oh that mean you have good IP , and not your mistakes , if you really often download files from DoUploads, better using Bypass All Shortlinks Manual Captcha from openuserjs than Bypass from greasyfork
the point is don't solve the captcha until timer end , at this time i don't have idea to bypass the timer.

Anyway, the DoUploads (https://douploads.net) domain keeps on breaking. It worked with some previous versions of the script, but don't know which one.
