Is it possible to modify the LEAST amount of time for the send all? Currently - "Apply random delay when sending all sworn swords against a player or alliance. Delay will vary between half a second and half of the specified base delay from options. (e.g. if you specified 10s base delay it will be a delay between 0.5s and 5s)" I have worked out how to change the base delay, but i would like to be able to change the "half a second" - it seems way too quick....

I have worked out how to change the base delay, but i would like to be able to change the "half a second" - it seems way too quick....
