Hide videos of blacklisted users/channels and comments

Looks like YT's comments doesn't call the comments element ytd-comment-renderer anymore. I've added locally ytd-comment-view-model in the 'user' and 'renderer' where clauses, but it'd be nice if you updated it too :)
