It would be more better if you changed the @match to https://www.youtube.com/shorts/* instead of https://www.youtube.com/* because it doesn't help to have the UI while I'm watching a normal video.

Sorry about that, I read it removing the '/shorts/*'. I tried adding this to make it run only in /shorts at the beginning, but when you go back to homepage, those elements are not removed. And the those element will not show up when you really come to the /shorts/*. I think you may want it to be completely disable when you are in the homepage. I will add some sort of settings for it in next version. Thanks a lot for the comment.
