If you are using preview.duolingo.com that might be the reason. Duolingo just rolled out a few changes for their testing version and Duolingo Pro is currently not adapted to run for it. We’ll be having a fix for it out in a few days with 9.6.4, however if you can’t wait that long, than I recommend either turning off preview or join our discord server discord.gg/https://discord.gg/r8xQ7K59Mt and ask the developers for a fixed version.
