Thank you for sharing
Blocking sponsored content isn't the point of this script.
Its point is to skip intro's and outro's that some creators fix to each of their videos.
Essentially, if a Youtuber has a 10 second intro and a 30 second outro you can automatically skip the first 10 seconds and last 30 seconds.
Thank you for your reply.
First off I want to say that I'm not affiliated in any way to Sponsorblock. Having this out of the way, I think Sponsorblock can do what you want to achieve.
Sadly the main link seems to have an expired certificate: https://wiki.sponsor.ajay.app/index.php/Segment_Categories
But an outdated link to the "segment categories" is shown here: https://blog.ajay.app/categories-sponsorblock
There are many things it can block. There are so many categories already, there is usually one which fits.
In your case it would be two different ones:
- Intermission/Intro Animation
- Endcards/Credits
Maybe also:
- Preview/Recap
B1773rm4n It's just rude to come onto someone's content and promote something else, whether you're affiliated or not.
Please don't.

Using Sponsor Block API, you can get time of intro (start and ending).

Sponsor Block is actually useful tool, you can use it not only to block sponsors. Also, Sponsor Block is open-source software, it isn't commercial companies product and supported only by community, there is github link. So, I don't see promoting free and open-source tool as something bad.
Please note this script is a fork of the original script at https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/392459-youtube-automatic-bs-skip

If I understand the intention of your script correctly, then you might wanna look at SponsorBlock.
It was received well and works greatly: https://sponsor.ajay.app/
