Removes paywalls when trying to view content on The New York Times

- Removed the paywall for slideshow content (possibly fixes the abandoned feedback mentioning the bypass not working for older articles)- Removed the blank header at the top of interactive posts- Simplified some selectors
- Fix the license field
- Fixed interactive articles not bypassing properly by marking the position as !important (not recommended but trying to stay as lightweight as possible)- Added a hostname switch block for other potential sites
- Add the subscription button back
- Added live articles to the bypass filter- Added "interactive" articles to the bypass filter- Added an @include regex to only apply the filter to articles- Removed the Subscribe button at the top right of the page
