Sum of numbers does not match

Hello,

today I discovered that the number of items that is reported by WaniKani does not match the sum of the numbers reported by this UserScript... For example see the attached screenshot. Here you can clearly see that this UserScript report way too many items in Apprentice, while it reports too few items in Guru.

Any ideas?
