This script is designed to retrieve data from OpenStreetMap using the Overpass API and run on map-making page. Users are required to provide a specific geographic area, either as a GeoJSON file or by entering a place name. The script will then filter Points of Interest (POI) data based on these parameters and return the results to the user's clipboard.

To obtain a GeoJSON file, users simply need to draw a polygon on the map on the left side of the map-making interface. Afterward, they can find the ‘Download polygon selection as GeoJSON' option in the ‘More' menu on the right side and click to download.

Currently, the script only supports the retrieval of limited features. However, future updates will expand its capabilities to include more types of POI data. This tool is a powerful resource for anyone interested in exploring and analyzing geographic data from OpenStreetMap. It's user-friendly, efficient, and highly customizable, making it an excellent choice for both beginners and experienced users. Enjoy mapping!
