Features
- Remove adverts and other annoyances, and only keep the swf on the page.
- When entering the leaderboard page, show the daily sprint leaderboard.

TODO
- Add keyboard shortcut to restart the game.
- Add a mechanism to detect timeout in arena mode, and reload the page automatically if needed.
