Decided to group the scripts I made into groups with scripts sets by sitename to make it easier to navigate, and I also wanted the script sets to change automatically depending on the scripts I publish or delete, but if both the 'scripts by sitename' and 'scripts by user' fields are provided, only the filter by sitename works.
If that's the case, then it doesn't make sense to provide these two fields for inclusion.
Is it a bug?

Script sets are no longer being developed, they're just left in place for those who are already using them.
