Hide any videos that are recommended more than twice. You can also hide by channel or by partial title. Works on both YouTube's desktop and mobile layouts.

It seems it indeed stopped working. I wasn't using it for quite some time so I didn't knew it stopped working. I'll fix it anytime.
Repeated recommendations are no longer being hidden.
I have had the same 3 videos recommended to me in the "watch next" sidebar of almost every video I have watched lately, this is happening way too often now.
This is also happening not just for the same 3 videos but with many others that I don't care to watch.
