Need any script can stop redirect to other website [ads]

Example Website have redirect to other website
http://downlod.co/file/ecd6c5d8

Enter http://downlod.co/file/ecd6c5d8 > Redirect to Some website [Ads] Not popup in new tab Redirect in same tab

Sometime when i enter to this website , I must click back for come bake to website downlod.co to get download files want to download , In this website have ads popup , Popup no problem , I can block with Adblock pop-up but redirect can't do , I trying to fix with adblock but it can't block 100%

Questions
- It posible to create any script can stop redirect to ads ?

You may occasionally have seen a message from a web page asking if you really want to leave. You could inject an event handler along those lines into the page, but you would need to manually interact with the dialog, it wouldn't be automatic.

I didn't get redirected anywhere from your link. I'm using bluehell firewall (lightweight ad blocker ff addon).
