Hibernate Idle Tabs

If a tab is unused for a long time, it switches to a light holding page until the tab is focused again. This helps the browser to recover memory, and can speed up the re-opening of large sessions.

Please at least make this work again (or kind of work),I don't want to use any browser extensions.
the websites https://www.google.com/hibernated_tab and http://neuralyte.org/~joey/hibernated_tab.html are both down, maybe instead of using any website, couldn't you use just an base64 blank image?

Unfortunately I couldn't use a data URL because Chrome blocks that, with the error: Not allowed to navigate top frame to data URL (I tried with both an HTML page and a PNG image.)

However we can fix the google page by simply switching to https. (It is supposed to 404 btw.)

I have done that in version 1.3.0

If you are on Firefox, you can experiment with a data URI, or any webpage you like (in any browser).

Yeah, I know that error, but I also know how to bypassthat, maybe you could innerHtml that.

I'm on opera.

But thank you so much, for fixing the script.

Can Google see all pages that the script hibernated?

The sad thing is that the script doesn't work properly on https://myanimelist.net/, the script makes the website not let the user post on the forum, and also the script text appears on the google captcha symbol on the right bottom of the screen after the page reloaded again to get out of the hibernated google site.
