You can comment-out line 793 [location.reload() in function err] (add // at start).
Latest Twitch versions require some MiTM to remove the ads and just reloading ends up looping sometimes, you can also use a dedicated AdBlocker (ABP) or undo the comment-out that switched to TwitchEmbededPlayer (but disables all extensions/plugins/eyetrackers etc, near line 259).
Great job, I would just like to know how to remove the Ad block, the page updates madly until the ad pauses!
