Add the total eBay auction price including postage in the auction listing

Thank you for this script, I'm still hoping that eventually ebay would add this feature, but your userscript does exactly what I needed.
Thank you kindly for your positive vote - I've maintained this script since 2015, it's unlikely eBay are ever going to change lol!!
