You can see that they use empty <span> elements to break up the link. I guess they use this method to prevent the scrapper from fetching these URLs. However, this also prevents the script from working.
Strange method... I don't understand why they need to do that. That's only links which give source for their campaign. What a waste of time.

these text links are not converted as links... Their CSS selector: .advice-container>p>small>span
