Sorry to bring you bad news, if a Google StreetView imagery was removed due to report, then it is not longer accessible. However, if the delete was caused by coverage updates, there might be a chance google bring it back which will take quite some time.
would it ever be possible to access deleted streetview that has been removed due to blurs and stuff or is that not possible?
