I just would like to know if your script also can get around totally the stuttering video background play on Kiwi Browser please ?

Because any website has a stuttering playback in the background or when the screen is off like this 2 examples :

-> YouTube
https://www.youtube.com/

-> HiAnime
https://hianime.to/home

Not really this script blocks the website from seeing the tab change, not really doing anything for the video playback itself.

You can try this one https://github.com/kiwibrowser/android/issues/60#issuecomment-1070852906 since it works for me.
(I'm not associated with the extension in any way)

Unfortunately, nothing works against the stuttering video background play more precisely for me :-(
