Some fixes for Youtube polymer engine

I've seen this in one of my browsers when not logged in (currently don't have access to it), but can't reproduce on main one. Looks like some A/B testing on YT side.
I'll post fix when be able to reproduce the problem.
I posted fix for settings icon, but there are more broken things :( (likes count, fullscreen mode).
