I need a script that can remove Taiwan's IP restrictions.

I am looking for a script that can remove the restriction of this site. The website: https://ani.gamer.com.tw is a Taiwan site and I hope to visit it. Video requires Taiwan IP.

IP 的事通常不归脚本管，这个可能一般是由服务器判断的
