Fix for the recent website update that broke both the UI and functionality of the script (migrated from XMLHttpRequest to Fetch API for requests)
Fixed "K MANGA" imprint/publisher pages not being unscrambled properly in some rare cases where their resolution differed from that of the actual chapter's pages
