Blocks advertisers on Twitter as you scroll

X.com changed the way ads are displayed, with a simple "Ad" text in the top right of the tweet. This detects the change.
Twitter changed some code which meant "Promoted" wasn't being picked up. Now it is. We now also log the @ of advertisers.
