The thing is this. It happened to me too, but the download- and openInAnotherTab buttons have only disappeared when scrolling. If you click to check out the comments, they are both there and work as intended. I'm on desktop, Windows 10 Pro and Firefox, language Swedish.
This has been a lifesaver but stopped working today. The buttons are still there but nothing happens when you click them.

Four minutes later, after logging in again. Now the buttons are responsive but instead of downloading, for example, a video, it downloads the same unrelated picture again and again.
