OK 今天使用的时候设置备注的按钮大部分时候不显示，偶尔会显示出来 侧边栏的设置按钮可以正常显示和使用，不知可否在侧边栏增加一个设置备注的按钮，或者增加一个用快捷键打开设置备注的功能

Good 建议通过账号的唯一ID设置备注,而不是通过用户名，比如@elonmusk的唯一ID：44196397，即使某一天马斯克修改了@后的用户名，也不会导致备注失效，通过链接https://twitter.com/i/user/44196397 依然可以正确访问马斯克的推特
