Unfortunately, it seems to have stopped working after only a couple of days after the fix in Google Image Search (no button shows up), and it still isn't working...
Looks like they added CSP, which blocks user scripts. Not sure whether that is a permanent change or an experiment.
Broken
As of December 2019, it doesn't seem to work with Google Images anymore; no button to block is visible.
