Enables the video controls on all video elements on 9GAG.

Now also enables controls on video elements when viewing an individual post.
Fixed a bug where switching categories (e.g. to "trending") did not display controls on the first few videos.
Fixed that controls would not load on the first (few) videos of the video feed.
Small update to accommodate for a little change 9gag did to their site structure. Should work again now.
