This works great! It would be fantastic if you can add a feature to block all the users who have replied to a specific / the current tweet. I'm looking for this feature because certain influencers have recently been promoting scammers by inviting them to reply to their tweets, like this one:

I have tried to modify the script to add this feature but to no avail.

IMHO, I would prefer to check what people are actually saying in their replies or quotes before deciding whether to block them. However, that requires AI techniques, but I am not familiar with AI programming, and I don't have plans to learn about it recently. Therefore, sadly, i have no plan to implement such feature recently.
