Remove adblock detectors that ask you to disable your ad blocking extension.

Thanks for the report, I really appreciate it.
I don't think that I will update and improve this script anytime soon though, as it's meant to "Stop most", not all adblock detectors.
I will definitely check your report in the future if I update/improve this script.
