bait-thrower: fixed bug caused by base game update

bait-thrower: replaced global vars with class vars

Will no longer attempt to spam the server with overly large input numbers

• less SHOUTING in popup (thanks Zlefy)
• will default to all owned bait (of type) if more than owned is entered into the field
