Doesn't work (everywhere) on Instagram and Facebook. But the worst part is that it's not compatible with a Firefox Add-on called "Youtube Watchmarker" .. this script somehow hides the add-on as you can see -> https://i.imgur.com/FR89ywg.jpg

I just wanted this just for cleaning Youtube links, seeing as there is no other add-on or script that I've found.

If you could fix this bug, and maybe also publish a separate script (or reply) this script just for cleaning Youtube, that'd be great. Thank you.

I've created a new, revived version of this script, if you provide some more detailed reproduction steps and/or specifically what this script is removing from URLs that is breaking Youtube Watchmarker then I can look into a fix. https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/432387-general-url-cleaner-revived
