Youtube like/dislike video and skip ad keyboard shortcuts

Adds keyboard shortcuts [ and ] for liking and disliking videos, and s for skipping pre-video and banner ads.

Note: the skip ad keyboard shortcut doesn't work on youtube survey ads because the skip button for them is in an iframe element with a different domain than the youtube.com video page, and its contents are inaccessible to the script due to Same-origin policy.
